Lunchtime Meditation

With Nalanda Institute Faculty

Take a mid-day pause to refresh your mind and re-establish your center in the midst of bustling city life. Meditation is a powerful tool to eliminate stress, to heal the body, mind, and brain, and to enhance your personal well-being and positive relationship with the world. Join Nalanda Institute faculty as they lead Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday lunchtime meditation sessions at Tibet House.

Fall 2017: We’re pleased to announce that we’ve just added Monday sessions “Contemplative Practice/Social Practice” for those concerned with issues surrounding social justice.

Mondays: Contemplative Practice as Social Practice with

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with

Abby Eletz (Tuesdays, except September 19 — no session)
Kristin McKee (Wednesdays, except October 11— no session)
Mary Reilly Nichols (Thursdays)

Time: 1:00–1:45pm

Location: Tibet House US, 22 West 15th Street (between Fifth and Sixth Avenues)

Fee: $10 suggested donation
