Victoria Fontana

Victoria Fontana is a graduate of the Nalanda Institute’s Contemplative Psychotherapy Program in New York and a certified instructor in Compassion-Based Resilience Training (CBRT), offering CBRT online and in person in English and Spanish. With over 25 years of experience as an educator, Victoria currently serves as an adjunct professor at IE University in Madrid. There, she has taught courses in Authentic Leadership, Teamwork, Mindfulness, and Compassion, and she is actively involved in teaching for the Center for Health, Well-Being, and Happiness. Additionally, she is an MBCT Teacher with the Mindfulness and Health Institute. Beyond her teaching roles, Victoria is an Executive and Leadership Coach, serving at Harvard Business School and consultancies, coaching executives and academic leaders internationally, often on themes related to self-awareness, cultivating an aligned team culture, creating inclusive environments, communicating effectively, navigating change, and other leadership skills. Through her teaching and coaching, she lives out her purpose of working with others to access greater harmony, wellbeing and joy in their lives. She holds an M.Sc. in Mindfulness-Based Approaches from Bangor University, Wales, with certifications in MBSR and MBCT, as well as an M.A. in Education from the University of Washington. She currently resides in Boston, MA.
