Adding Breath and Posture to Your Practice
Event Navigation

With Mary Reilly Nichols
Overview
The revelation that the human body can serve as a springboard to a fully embodied, heartfelt enlightenment is one of the greatest gifts of India’s timeless contemplative traditions. For millennia, techniques of postural alignment and breath regulation have been developed and refined as a pragmatic means for cultivating steadfast, vitalizing inner peace in the midst of change.
Come join Nalanda Institute core faculty Mary Reilly Nichols in this special three-session course, using Vedic, Tantric and global wisdom sources, to experiment with easy and effective methods of meditative training that anyone with a body and breath can access.
