Activating our Inner Brilliance for Altruism
With Geri Loizzo
What do we mean by “embodied practice”?
In our sessions together this Winter/Spring, we’ll take our concentration and intention into our bodies and our hearts through visualization, breath work, and activating our nervous system at the chakra levels. These practices of integration, based on creative teachings and practices taught in the Nalanda tradition and preserved in Tibet, help us to more fully embody our inner brilliance, as we aim to awaken our full potential as altruistic agents in our own lives, and in the world that we share with others.
