Foundations of Mindfulness Practice Workshop
Event Navigation

With Geri Loizzo
Join us for this 8-week series of open meditation and discussion to explore the foundations of Mindfulness — theory and practice — and to share how they map a path for us to follow Shakyamuni Buddha’s example in our daily lives. We unpack the principles of the Four Noble Truths and move through the types of mindfulness meditation they inform. Together we will take a journey of shared inquiry, reflection and practice to understand dissatisfaction, release conditioned obstacles, open to the spacious power of possibility, and cultivate positive motivation, grounding our approach to discovery in the Buddha’s three guiding disciplines — wisdom, meditation, and ethics.
Come join us for this foundational workshop—together we can help one another progress on our shared path to lifelong healing, learning and development!
