Friday Lunchtime Meditation

Take a mid-day pause to refresh your mind and re-establish your center in the midst of bustling city life. Meditation is a powerful tool to eliminate stress, to heal the body, mind, and brain, and to enhance your personal well-being and positive relationship with the world. Join Nalanda Institute faculty as they lead Monday through Friday lunchtime meditation sessions at Tibet House.

Mondays from 1:00–1:45: Contemplative Practice as Social Practice (social justice) with Susanna Nicholson (except January 20th, closed)

Tuesday through Friday from 1:00–1:45 with

Tuesdays: Nina Herzog (except January 14th, closed)
Wednesdays: Abby Eletz (except January 15th, closed)
Thursdays: Mary Reilly Nichols (except January 16th, closed)
Fridays: Rachel Hammerman (except January 31st with Maritza Puello)

Fee: $10 suggested donation

Please note there may be occasional teacher substitutions
