Lunchtime Meditation

Take a mid-day pause to refresh your mind and re-establish your center in the midst of bustling city life. Meditation is a powerful tool to eliminate stress, to heal the body, mind, and brain, and to enhance your personal well-being and positive relationship with the world. Join Nalanda Institute faculty as they lead Monday through Friday lunchtime meditation sessions at Tibet House.

Mary Reilly Nichols (Thursdays, except closed on July 4 and July 25; except August 1 with Maritza Puello; except August 8 with Kristina Delphi)
Rachel Hammerman (Fridays, except closed on July 5; except August 2 with Aaron Edison)
