Lunchtime Meditation

Take a mid-day pause to refresh your mind and re-establish your center in the midst of bustling city life. Meditation is a powerful tool to eliminate stress, to heal the body, mind, and brain, and to enhance your personal well-being and positive relationship with the world. Join Nalanda Institute faculty as they lead Monday through Friday lunchtime meditation sessions at Tibet House.

Abby Eletz (Wednesdays, except closed on July 3 and July 24)
Mary Reilly Nichols (Thursdays, except closed on July 4 and July 25)
Rachel Hammerman (Fridays, except closed on July 5)
