Lunchtime Meditation

Take a mid-day pause to refresh your mind and re-establish your center in the midst of bustling city life. Meditation is a powerful tool to eliminate stress, to heal the body, mind, and brain, and to enhance your personal well-being and positive relationship with the world. Join Nalanda Institute faculty as they lead Monday through Friday lunchtime meditation sessions at Tibet House.

Abby Eletz (Wednesdays, except May 8 and June 12 with Marianne Gunther , and closed on May 29)
Mary Reilly Nichols (Thursdays, except closed on May 9)
Rachel Hammerman (Fridays, except May 17 with Marianne Gunther) and May 31 and June 28 with Aaron Edison)
