Take a mid-day pause to refresh your mind and re-establish your center in the midst of bustling city life. Meditation is a powerful tool to eliminate stress, to heal the body, mind, and brain, and to enhance your personal well-being and positive relationship with the world. Join Nalanda Institute faculty as they lead Monday through Friday lunchtime meditation sessions at Tibet House.

Tuesday through Friday from 1:00–1:45 with

Abby Eletz (Wednesdays, except January 23 and February 6, closed)
Mary Reilly Nichols (Thursdays, except January 24 and February 7, closed)
Rachel Hammerman (Fridays, except January 25 and February 8, closed)
Fee: $10 suggested donation
