Overcoming Difficulties with Others at Work (and in Life)
With Joe Loizzo and Elazar Aslan
Join Joe Loizzo, MD, PhD and Elazar Aslan, MBA, CPC, authors of the award-winning Boundless Leadership book and program as they unpack the science, psychology, and 3-step practical approach to managing challenging relationships at work, or in our lives. Over several decades, both Joe and Elazar have coached dozens of clients through working with difficult colleagues, aggressive bosses, overly-demanding clients and toxic professional and personal environments.
In this class, you will learn how conditioned habits of mind lead one to seemingly intractable situations with others and discover the 3-step process to downregulate any situation and guide it to a more collaborative and positive outcome. Expounding on these three steps, they will address audience-specific situations and discuss practical tips and solutions for the issue at hand.
Challenging situations and relationships are part of the human journey.Yet, with a few shifts in perspective, science-based hacks and time-tested tips, they need not be a source of stress and an obstacle to joy.
