Thursday Lunchtime Meditation
Take a mid-day pause to refresh your mind and re-establish your center during these uncertain times. Meditation is a powerful tool to eliminate stress, to heal the body, mind, and brain, and to enhance your personal well-being and positive relationship with the world. Join Nalanda Institute faculty as they lead Monday through Friday lunchtime meditation sessions.
All Lunchtime Meditation sessions are conducted online via Zoom.
If you’ve previously registered, your Zoom link will continue to work. New participants may register here.
