Take a mid-day pause to refresh your mind and re-establish your center in the midst of bustling city life. Meditation is a powerful tool to eliminate stress, to heal the body, mind, and brain, and to enhance your personal well-being and positive relationship with the world. Join Nalanda Institute faculty as they lead Monday through Friday lunchtime meditation sessions at Tibet House.

Mondays from 1:00–1:45: Contemplative Practice as Social Practice (social justice) with Susanna Nicholson (no session October 14)
Tuesday through Friday from 1:00–1:45 with
Tuesdays: Nina Herzog
Wednesdays: Abby Eletz (no session October 2)
Thursdays: Mary Reilly Nichols (except October 10 and 17 with Miles Bukiet; October 24 with Maritza Puello)
Fridays: Rachel Hammerman
Fee: $10 suggested donation
Please note there may be occasional teacher substitutions
