Tuesday evening open meditation with Nalanda Institute faculty
If you’ve never meditated or you just want to find out more about meditation, then Nalanda Institute’s Tuesday meditation evenings at the Tibet House US are for you!
Evenings include introductory level, drop-in style, guided meditation, with a presentation and discussion of particular Buddhist topics and group support.
Our faculty draw from the three main Nalanda core meditation techniques of mindfulness, mind-clearing and guided visualization. Emphasis is on the practical application of meditation to everyday life.
Faculty and Schedule through February:
Tuesday evenings from 7–9pm.
Fee: By donation, suggested: $10.
Registration: No registration necessary, drop-ins welcome.
