Jo-ed C. Tome, MSc, is a Filipino spiritual director, transpersonal psychologist, and self-professed monk in the world. He holds a Master of Science in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology from Alef Trust in partnership with Liverpool John Moores University, UK. As the founder of Millennial Tito Monk, a social media platform for the practice and promotion of contemplative living–– embracing a slower, softer, and simpler way of being––Jo-ed guides individuals through his flagship 6-month program, Flow: Contemplative Living through Transpersonal and Integrative Practices. He also leads retreats, soulful readings, and contemplative climbs. He is also a member of the Wisdom Council of the Abbey of the Arts, a
virtual global online monastery which integrates contemplative practice and creative expression.
